Padder with Float Dryer
The Two, Three & Four Chamber Three-Pass Float Dryer Machine is designed for efficient and uniform drying of woven and knitted fabrics with high production output. The machine uses a three-pass fabric circulation system to provide longer drying time within a compact machine layout, ensuring consistent moisture removal and excellent fabric quality.
It is equipped with a 3-bowl inclined-type padding mangle for uniform chemical or finishing liquor application, followed by a plaiter and batching unit for smooth fabric handling and organized collection. The inclined padding arrangement helps achieve consistent wet pick-up while minimizing fabric tension and ensuring even treatment across the full fabric width.
